With over 20 years’ experience in construction, sales and management, we decided that it was time to open the doors to our very own business, Property Repair Solutions (PRS). PRS is a small locally owned and operated business, based out of Westminster, CO. We are licensed by the International Code Council (ICC) and have our F11 - National Standard General Building Contractor (A) license. From the start of the job to the end, our priority is customer satisfaction. A positive contractor/customer relationship, quality work and a timely completion date are on the top of our priority list for each job. We will take on jobs anywhere in the north central Front Range from Fort Collins to Lafayette to Denver. For the property management companies out there, do not hesitate to contact us!
