ROOF REPLACEMENT DUE TO HAIL DAMAGE

Many older roofs in Colorado are not up to code due to things such as improper ventilation, missing drip edge, shingles with too low of a wind rating, etc. At PRS, we make sure that your roof is 100% up to code when the job is complete. We are very well-versed on all building codes, whether it be in the specific jurisdiction or international code.  Previous to starting the project below, there was no roof ventilation or drip edge. There were also multiple layers of shingles that had to be removed so that the new roof could be installed directly on the decking. We were able to supplement the insurance company for these code upgrades, resulting in no extra out of pocket expenses from our customer.
